An unlimited meet and greet service is included as standard for your guests, along with pre visit liaison, and with post guest reports emailed to you as required. Multi media advertising is also included, and personal vetting of potential clients as appropriate. In addition, we will arrange for contracts in Spanish and English for your long term tenants.

Keyholder Gold Package, comprising all of the above. We also compile and maintain an inventory of your household effects.

Housekeeping Package, comprising a full domestic clean, and complete professional laundry service for bedding and towels.

Garden Maintenance. Watering and weeding your garden, and general upkeep.

Airport Transfer, from the major airports of Alicante and Murcia.
