Mazarrón is one of the traditional destinations for the sun and beach holiday in the Region of Murcia, with more than 35 km of coastline and offers a variety of over 30 beaches From urban spaces to secluded coves. Outstanding beaches are La Isla, Bahía, Nares, El Castellar and Bolnuevo.

The coast of Mazarrón has a great number of unspoilt coves located in the foothills of the Sierra de las Moreras. Coves that stand out are Cala Amarilla, La Grúa, Parazuelos, Covaticas.

The Bay of Mazarrón is a place of special interest to fishing, diving, water sports, windsurfing and sailing.

Erosiones de Bolnuevo

Bolnuevo is a small residential complex in the municipality of Mazarron, on the Costa Calida in the Murcia Province of Spain. Situated in the bay of Mazarron, around 6 kilometres from the town itself.

The Erosions of Bolnuevo is one of Mazarron’s most attractive places to visit.

A strange landscape, almost magical have been sculpted by water and wind over thousands of years.

Weekly street markets: On Thursdays in the residential area Camposol, Saturdays in Mazarrón town and Sundays in Port of Mazarrón
Shopping hours from 10am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm-9pm. Shops and shopping centres are open on Saturdays and Sundays in the morning in the Port of Mazarrón but not in Mazarrón town where shops and shopping centres are closed on Sundays. It is worth stressing that pubs, bars and discos are usually open until 3am or 4am at weekends.
In Mazarrón you can choose from a selection of over 30 beaches of fine sand or rock awarded the Blue Flag, all with crystal clear waters. You can choose from over 80 cycling routes and in summer enjoy in various water sports, including bathing, windsurfing, waterskiing, jet skiing, canoeing, diving and sailing. Most bars, cafés and restaurants in Puerto de Mazarrón are open from June to September, but in the city center and in the Marina area you can find good restaurants, bars and cafés open all year round. Hypermarkets are in the city center and include Consum, Mercadona, Spar and LIDL. Repsol petrol station with a small shop open every day.
