The development is on the edge of Isla Plana village, a really quaint old fashioned Spanish village. Don´t be fooled though, there are banks, chemist, little grocery stores and bakery, and one of the best Spanish restaurants for miles around... From here you can take a walk along the newly renovated sea front, and watch the fishing boats come in. Or, if you´re feeling up to it, how about a drive to the historic naval town of Cartagena, approx 20 mins drive, or the working castle at Lorca, approx 30 mins drive. Of course there´s always shopping, we have some fab shopping centres within 30 mins drive, and of course if all else fails how about just sitting about on the beach doing nothing...
